Hey Lovelies
I don’t sweat a lot, even when I have done so much walking but I know a lot of women who really sweat a lot, worse when the humidity becomes really hot. In the end no matter how hot it is you still have to wear clothes, it doesn’t matter if you are burning up or sweating in every possible corners of your body, once you are out of the house you need to stay covered up so what exactly can you do to reduce the sweating and minimize the amount of heat your body is exposed to?
Here are some chill and breathable fabrics that would get you thorough the hottest humidity;
- Chambray Fabrics
This fabric is the light weight sister of denim, its a very flexible fabric because it breaths well and allows for air to flow in. It also pairs well with about everything and it gives you this free-spirited feeling. Chambaray mostly comes in form of shirts but you can also get cool dresses made from this fabric
- Linen Fabrics
Woven from vegetable fiber this fabric absorbs and releases your sweat very fast which makes it the top breathable fabric in this list. Although it has a wrinkly quality about it, you can easily iron or steam it or just throw it on at will.
- Cotton Fabrics
Cotton is the most well known fabric on this list and this is because everyone knows its easy to maintain, easy to breath in, feels very cool and is soft on the skin.
Staying cool is top priority and am sure you agree but what exactly do you wear to stay cool? Let us know in the comment box down below.
